The Red Gerard Pro is officially here. Arbor is excited to announce a limited early release of 200 exclusive Red Gerard Pro models. Since exploding onto the global snowboard scene in 2018 with a gold medal in Olympic Slopestyle, Red Gerard has become one of the most consistent and respected competitive riders in the world. Red’s first pro model is performance-ready with a high-response flex, and features a real wood Powerply topsheet, a sintered base for max speed, and unique carbon fiber support structure to boost both power and control.

Rocker Type - Parabolic Camber: A parabolic profile with five blended radii allowing the leading and trailing edges to engage and release more smoothly enhancing flow and control.
Flex - Flex Rating: 8-9 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff)
Core - Highland III Core: A 5 / 20 blend of Poplar and Paulownia for lighter weight and higher performance. The HIGHLAND III has the highest ratio of Paulownia to Poplar
Laminates - Carbon 5: Carbon X’s under foot combined with a nose-to-tail carbon stringer, creating powerful snap with balanced torsional drive and improved energy return in takeoffs and landings. Mixed Glassing: A triax over biax lay-up that's best for versatility: pow, backcountry, groomers, jumps, and more.
Sidewalls - 360° Fully Wrapped Sidewalls: Eliminates the need for tip fill, while effectively tying the whole snowboard together. A technology that delivers incredibly tight tolerances for improved board life and durability.
Base - Sintered Base: A higher molecular weight, sintered base that provides added durability and speed.
Topsheet - Bio-Plastic Topsheet: One of the materials Arbor uses in the quest to eliminate harmful petroleum based plastics from the production cycle. Made from castor bean oil, this eco-topsheet is extremely durable and water repellent.
Bio-Resin - Bio-Resin is a replacement for traditional petroleum based resin that doesn't affect performance or usability. The ingredients that go into it are sourced as co-products or waste products of other industrial processes and are manufactured employing green chemistry techniques that reduce the carbon footprint of the material by up to 40% when compared to its petroleum based equivalent.
Real Wood Powerply - From the beginning, Arbor's Powerply veneer topsheets have been made with sustainable sourced wood and bamboo material whose organic fiber drives performance through natural power, strength and longevity. The individuality of each slice of veneer provides every board a one-of-a-kind aesthetic that is otherwise impossible to replicate
